Cake Batter Crinkle Cookies

Hi guys! I want to try to do my best to post something everyday, but I was just so busy yesterday! 

Tonight I cooked dinner and we ate … but I needed something sweet while I watched Christmas movies 😉 So I made do with what I had in the pantry! So, one cake box & a little butter later, we have cake batter cookies! I hope you enjoy these super good & sweet little cookies! 🙂

Ingredients:

• 1 box of cake mix (any will work, I just had red velvet on hand)
• 2 eggs
• 6 TBSP salted sweet cream butter
• 1/2 cup powered sugar

Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees. Mix together cake mix (do not include ingredients on back of the box), 2 eggs and 6 TBSP melted butter. You can mix this with your hands or a mixer, either will work!

Once you have rolled out small dough balls, toss them around in your powdered sugar.

Place them on a greased cookie sheet and bake 8-10 minutes. Easy peasy! 😉
